D) Compulsory - effect of missing data - The data requested are necessary, and in relation to the purposes specified in paragraph B) in steps 1 to 5 we inform you that the processing and communication of personal data by the Foodità Ltd. does not require your consent as they are necessary for the enforcement of obligations under the contract and / or to perform services requested by you before the conclusion of the contract and for compliance with tax obligations and the law. Regarding the purposes specified in paragraph B) point 6 each interested party has the right to refuse to Foodità Ltd., at any time, consent to treatment, without causing adverse consequences in the agreement and / or for the execution of services you request before the conclusion of the contract.
