We believe this is an extraordinary food and thus we have chosen the very best possible. In Tuscany alone we have two exemplary companies Slitti in Monsummano (PT) and Amedei in Pontedera (PI) that are two master chocolatiers that produce an entire series of unique chocolates from single-origin to dark chocolate and chocolate covered fruit and berries.
