Various areas of Italy are important to the production of legumes such as the highlands of Colfiorito between the Umbria and the Marche regions. It is an area where there is an important deep rooted history of cultivation and production due to its climate and the variety of its products such as lentils with extraordinary flavour and a particularly thin peel.
We have chosen to represent this section with the legumes of La Valletta of the Cappelletti family that have cultivated in that territory for generations.
