For classic everyday use on bread, cookies at breakfast time, the Morello Austera Jams made in the Marche region are absolutely fabulous, not too sweet, and conserve all the aroma and flavour of the original fruit. The Loghino&Piane jams, made by the Carrara family - mother, father and children....are classic. They are delicious made especially to fill desserts but are also great to accompany other foods: the pear and chocolate mousse are wonderful with herbed spicy cheeses, the fig and almonds is wonderful accompanied with bread and salami or medium aged cheese and try the peaches and cardamon with chocolate, coffee or amaretto desserts when the sweet taste of peaches and the slight citrus taste of cardamon highlight the bitter taste of the almonds.
