Oil

How can we possibly select oil in a country where every micro territory produces its own excellent oil? Well we have at least tried to. We have privileged those producers who have cultivated the olive trees and have pressed them. The oil we have chosen belongs to farmers and their mills, not to retailers or bottlers. We have selected oil that come from areas particularly inclined to producing excellent oil but also unexpected areas that represent, in the way of quality, a real and true discovery.
